Regions of Russia
Das Projekt „Regionen der Russischen Föderation“ wird auf der IFAT ENTSORGA 2012 am Gemeinschaftsstand der russischen Regionen auf 200 m² und durch das Europäisch-Russische Investitionsforum präsentiert. Die Veranstalter des Projektes, EuroRuss e.V. in Kooperation mit dem Staatsduma-Ausschuss für Naturressourcen, Umweltschutz und Ökologie und dem Handels- und Wirtschaftsbüro der Russischen Botschaft in der BRD, verfolgen das Ziel, am Beispiel von konkreten Regionen, kommunalen und privaten Unternehmen, den potentiellen Investoren aktuelle Informationen über gesetzliche Regelungen, Normen und Fördermaßnahmen im Bereich des Umweltschutzes und der Abfallentsorgung, Rechtschutz der ausländischen Investoren sowie Steuer- und Zollbegünstigungen für Investoren bei der Realisierung der innovativen Umweltschutzprojekte, zu gewähren.

UN-Water Center
UN-Water ist ein Programm, das die Aktivitäten von verschiedenen UN-Organisationen zum Thema Wasser koordiniert. Es wurde 2003 zur Erreichung der Millennium-Entwicklungsziele im Wassersektor gegründet. UN-Water unterstützt die mehr als zwei Dutzend UN-Organisationen und -programme bei der Abstimmung von Zielen und Maßnahmen und stärkt damit die Effektivität der einzelnen Schritte.
 
Auf der IFAT ENTSORGA stellt UN-Water gemeinsam mit Mitglieds- und Partnerorganisationen ihre Programme und Arbeitsschwerpunkte vor. Die Partnerorganisationen, die die Projekte vor Ort umsetzen, präsentieren ihre Methoden und ihr Know-how. Potentielle Partner aus der Industrie haben am UN-Water Center die Gelegenheit, Bedingungen für eine mögliche Kooperation zu sondieren. Neben dem Stand wird UN-Water auf der IFAT ENTSORGA mit Seminaren zu den Themen Water Reuse in Agriculture sowie Energy and Water vertreten sein.

The Water Environment Federation (WEF) created the International Pavilion Program to make it easier for companies to exhibit at major water/wastewater shows around the world. Under the program, WEF purchases exhibit space with the major international water quality shows and constructs a pavilion with booth space set below the minimum required by most international shows. Companies have the opportunity to either purchase exhibit space or send product brochures for distribution at a WEF-managed display. In addition, WEF provides a fully-built booth (3x3 meter minimum) in a prime location, translation and refreshment services, lounge area and pre-show marketing to increase booth traffic.
