Regions of Russia
The project „Regions of Russia“ will be presented at IFAT ENTSORGA 2011 in line with the joint stand of the Russian regions at over 200 m² and by the European-Russian investment forum. The organizers of the project, the non-commercial association EuroRuss e.V. in cooperation with the Stateduma Committee for natural resources, environment and ecology and the Trade-Economic Bureau by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Germany pursuit the goal to provide the potential investors on the example of concrete Russian regions, communal and private companies with the competent and updated information about the legal rules and norms, public aid in the area of the environmental protection and waste disposal, legal protection of the foreign investments as well as tax and tariff privileges for investors by the realization of the innovative environmental projects.

UN-Water Center
UN-Water is an inter-agency mechanism that strengthens coordination and coherence among UN entities dealing with issues related to all aspects of freshwater and sanitation. It was formally established in 2003 by the United Nations High Level Committee on Programmes in order to add value to UN initiatives by fostering greater co-operation and information-sharing among existing UN agencies and outside partners. UN-Water supports the activities of the more than two dozen UN agencies and programmes working within this mechanism in an efficient and integrated manner to tackle global water challenges and meet the ambitious development and environment targets set by the international community, such as the MDGs.
 
At IFAT ENTSORGA 2012, these members and partners of UN-Water will be presenting their programmes, focus areas, methods and know-how. Potential partners from industry are welcome to come and discuss conditions for collaboration. In addition to the UN-Water Center, UN-Water will be present at IFAT ENTSORGA with seminars on the topic of “Water Reuse in Agriculture” as well as “Energy and Water.”

USA
The Water Environment Federation (WEF) created the International Pavilion Program to make it easier for companies to exhibit at major water/wastewater shows around the world. Under the program, WEF purchases exhibit space with the major international water quality shows and constructs a pavilion with booth space set below the minimum required by most international shows. Companies have the opportunity to either purchase exhibit space or send product brochures for distribution at a WEF-managed display. In addition, WEF provides a fully-built booth (3x3 meter minimum) in a prime location, translation and refreshment services, lounge area and pre-show marketing to increase booth traffic.
