We would be delighted if you were to visit IFAT ENTSORGA 2012 and carry out some research during the trade fair.
 
As usual, the Press Centre West will be open during IFAT ENTSORGA 2012 and on the day before it starts.
 
Advance accreditation and Print@home Ticket
To obtain your free press ticket in advance of IFAT ENTSORGA 2012, you will need to register your contact details via the Messe München Ticket Portal and can than accredit yourself for IFAT ENTSORGA 2012.
 
If you have already accredited for a trade fair via the Messe München Ticket Portal you can enter your username and your password and upload your current documentary evidence. Please have a proof of your work as a journalist ready (file format pdf, jpg or gif).
 
Once your accreditation has been approved you will receive your Print@home Ticket by e-mail. Please print this ticket at home and bring it to the fair. The Print@home Ticket provides you with direct access to IFAT ENTSORGA from May 7 to May 11, 2012.
 
We would also like to draw your attention to the accreditation guidelines of Messe München.

Please note: The press ticket will not enable you to travel free of charge to the Munich Trade Fair Center on means of transport operated by the Munich Public Transport Authority (MVV). Please buy a ticket for your journey to and from the fair ground.
 
Accreditation at the fair
Accreditation during the fair in the Press Centre West will also be possible. It will open one day before the fair, on Sunday, May 6th, 2012.
 
Opening times Press Centre West:

Sunday:	10.00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday to Thursday:	8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Friday:	8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 
Please remember to submit valid credentials verifying your status as a journalist. Please understand that press cards may only be issued to those who can verify their status as a bona fide journalist.

Parking
For accredited journalists car park spaces will be available in the West Multi-Storey Car Park.
We will exchange your entry ticket at the Press Centre West for a free exit ticket.
 
Mobile production units
Special permits for mobile-production units are available from the Broadcast Media Management (e-mail: christine.heufer@messe-muenchen.de).
