EXHIBITOR DATABASE
The Exhibitor Database gives you the
opportunity to select companies and note them as contacts. By clicking
the arrow next to the field "Marked Exhibitors note", the respective
contacts will be saved under my.ifat.de.
ACCOMPANYING PROGRAMME
The Events Database (Accompanying
programme) gives you the opportunity to select events/dates and note
them. By clicking the arrow next to the field "Marked events note", the
respective event/date will be saved under my.ifat.de.
MESSAGES
You can send out the following types of messages:
- Short message - Send e-mails to your contacts.
- Meeting request - Send meeting requests to your contacts.
- Page recommendation - Send page (website) recommendations to your contacts.
CONTACTS
The exhibitor database allows you to select
contacts and save them under your profile at my.ifat.de. You can also
save your own contacts there at any time. Simply select contacts under
"Contact" in the drop-down menu and click on an arrow. This is an
effective way to ensure that all the contacts that are important for
your visit to the fair are collected and available at all times. The
contact list can also be downloaded in *.pdf format.
CALENDAR
The calendar gives you an overview of all your
appointments. You can record appointments, display your entire
appointment list or display your appointments for a given day, week or
month. Besides the print function, you can also download lists in *.pdf
format.
FAVOURITES
In the category "Favourites" you can choose
your personal favourites from your saved contacts. Doing so ensures
that your personal favourites are available at all times after you log
in to my.ifat.de.
MY PROFILE
"My Profile" allows you to manage your personal information at my.ifat.de.
The "Print" function can be used to print out any list saved in the organizer.
