IFAT 2020 - new date

IFAT 2020 will take place from September 7-11, 2020. All tickets purchased and vouchers redeemed remain valid for the upcoming event.

Increasingly less common, still available: printed vouchers

Our printed vouchers with the IFAT branding comprise your company name and hall/booth number.

Printed vouchers must be redeemed online.

When opting for the printed IFAT vouchers please bear in mind that you waive the online vouchers’ added value and decisive advantages.

The advantages of online vouchers

  • Online vouchers cost up to 25 % less than printed vouchers.
  • Online vouchers save postage as they can be sent by e-mail or via the online campaign tool of our ticket system.
  • Online vouchers can be ordered at any time before and during the trade fair. There is no minimum order quantity.
  • Online voucher numbers can easily be integrated into printed invitations. For this we offer a downloadable voucher form that you can complete with your logo and own texts.
  • We can only provide the personal data of your visitors digitally when they register online in advance—and the more you can benefit from the lead management system Scan2Lead.

How to order printed vouchers:

  1. Sign in to the IFAT Exhibitor Shop with the Messe München account login details.
  2. In the section Passes and tickets, click on Vouchers for visitor tickets (for ticket management) and order the desired number of printed vouchers.
  3. The printed IFAT vouchers are sent by mail to the company address entered upon registration.

Good to know

Important for your customers: the vouchers can only be used when they registered online in advance. Online vouchers cannot be redeemed at the entrance.

To prevent problems with ticket loss, pass control or lead management, do not redeem several vouchers in your own name or by using a wrong name / e-mail address for your clients.

Data can only be recorded by scanning if the visitors registered online.

As a matter of course, we only invoice the vouchers that are actually used to access the trade fair.

You can track the status in the portal under the section “Manage vouchers and invitations”.

We will also charge vouchers that your clients used in case you cancel your participation.

Already prior to the event, you can see who redeemed your voucher and you can contact the clients again.

The resale of vouchers is not permitted.
